Returns and Complaints

Oops! The package arrived damaged or you are not satisfied with the goods you have received? Do you want to return the goods to us? Or has something else has gone wrong?

We work hard to resolve your complaints as quickly as possible. If you need to return something to us you can do so free of charge as we will cover the delivery cost.

Browser Internet Explorer is not supported. Our return Form is optimised for use with modern and safer browsers including: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Please use one of these browsers to submit your complaint or to make arrangements for the returns of goods.

 

What to do if the goods are damaged when you receive them

When you receive goods and it is immediately apparent the transportation packaging is damaged you have the right not to accept the shipment from the carrier.

When the package is damaged and you decide to accept it, make sure you state the nature of the damage on the drivers delivery records and where possible take a photograph(s) of the damage.

When the packaging is undamaged, but there is a fault with the product enclosed then please follow the companies instructions detailed above.
