Multiple essential oils from turmeric

In addition to turmeric, long turmeric is also used. The essential oil is extracted from the root and leaves of this plant. While turmeric zedoary has a rich aroma with a hint of camphor, the root of long turmeric gives the oil an earthy aroma with a woody hint and the leaves smell lighter and fresher.

Methods of use

Inhalation

Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

Poultice

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

BEWIT Kurkuma Zedoary

A kurkuma illóolaj köztudottan jót tesz az idegrendszernek , de számtalan jó tulajdonsággal bír , igazi alap darab a házi patikánkba. A legtöbb illóolajat nem ajánlott belsőleg fogyasztani de a zedoary belsőleg fogyasztva is tökéletes . Én ajánlás alapján kezdtem használni a következő módon : 3 hetes kurzusban reggel és este 2×2 csepp zedoary kurkuma illóolajat cseppentek ( +1 csepp fekete bors illóolajat , hisz a fekete bors mindennek a hatását jobban megerősíti ) kb 1 evőkanál feketekömény mag olajba éhgyomorra. Ezután 10–15 perc múlva mehet a reggeli / vacsora . Ha valamit kúra szerűen használunk , mint én is , ott 1 hét szünetet fontos tartani , mert ha hozzá szokik a szervezet a folyamatos szedéshez , akkor nem fog hatni. Nem fontos ,hogy betegek legyünk, minden embernek ajánlott :) . Kutya barát is ráadásul , a kiskutyámnak is szoktam adni hordozó olajba keverve 1 cseppet alkalom adtán.
