Multiple gingers
Although the effects of ginger essential oils are similar, there are differences in their scents. While the aroma of Chinese ginger essential oil (Boesenbergia pandurata) is spicy and distinctly herbaceous, ginger officinalis (Zingiber officinalis) has a distinctly fresh, almost fruity aroma.

Methods of use
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or strained muscles with a mixture of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Poultice
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

Objednala jsem místo klasického zázvoru. Má příjemnou vůni, řekla bych spíš zemitou, takovou kořenovou a svěží. Pomáhá při slabosti, depresi, na prohřátí nebo při nachlazení také může pomoci.
