History

Sown wheat (Triticum Aestivum L.) is a worldwide widespread cereal native to
Southeast Asia. The much-prized oil is derived from sprouted
seeds.
Composition and properties

Essential fatty acids linolenic and alpha-linolenic,
together they make up 70% of the composition of wheat germ oil. Not only that.
They are represented in the oil in their ideal ratio of 5:1 and
together with vitamins, minerals and plant phytosterols contribute to its
exceptional nutritional value.
Use

Wheat germ oil is characterised by its golden colour and pleasant,
slightly cereal taste. You can add it to salads, RAW desserts and any
cold dish.
