Wild thyme versus thyme
This essential oil is similar in properties to BEWIT Thyme Thymol, but is more subtle. This makes it more suitable for sensitive skin.
Careful with wild thyme.
Although the effects of wild thyme essential oil are beneficial, do not use it during pregnancy. When using on the skin, use a weaker dilution, maximum 1.3%.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.
