Multiple chemotypes of thyme
There are several chymotypes of thyme essential oil, which, in addition to the aroma, differ slightly in their effects. Thyme oil with a predominant chemotype component borneol is considered less irritating due to its lower thymol content.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.
Seasoning of dishes
Just dip the tip of the toothpick in essential oil and stir it in 20 ml of vegetable oil (e.g. sunflower oil). A few drops of the prepared mixture, season the finished dish.

Sign in / RegisterJakość olejku bardzo dobra. Wykorzystuję tymianek dla mojego 7 letniego syna alergika na roztocza gdy meczy go kaszel. Łączę go z olejem kokosowy ,majerankiem i tea tree smaruje plecki ,stópki i klatkę piersiową. Polecam .

Na razie dodawałam do naparów i fajnie zmieniał mi smak „herbaty“, brany był też podczas okresu przeziębienia

Chcela by som sa podelit o moju skusenost s tymto olejcekom. Moj 4r. syn mal uz 10 dni kasel, ktory neprechadzal. Potom som v skupine Bewit na Fb citala, ze tymian pomaha pri kasli. Vedela som, ze tymian rozpusta hlieny, ale nenapadlo ma pouzit olejcek. Uz som sa chystala k pediatrovi, lebo maly zacal kaslat aj v noci, dve noci prekaslal. Na tretiu noc som mu namazala olejcek na chodidla vecer pred spanim. Celu noc prespal a vobec nekaslal. Do 5 dni kasel uplne prestal. Teraz mu preventivne mazem na chodial kazdy vecer striedavo olejceky IMM, BODUGUARD a PROTECT. Dakujem za tieto dary!
