Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3 – 5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or
inhalation stick.
Skin and body care
Massage the serum of 5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of cosmetic oil
gently into the skin or scalp, or perform a full body massage.
Poultice
Mix 5 drop of essential oil with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the area of
discomfort, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.
