Various Roses
There are several types of essential oils extracted from rose – the queen of flowers. All have similar effects but slightly different aromas. Damask Rose (Rosa damascena) has a full and sweet aroma with distinct floral and green freshness. The white rose (Rosa alba) is the finest, its fragrance is unobtrusive, velvety with a buttery citrus note. Rose de Mai (Rosa centifolia) has more intoxicating and seductive character.
Warning
Although rose is considered a mother oil, handle it carefully during pregnancy, especially when applying to skin.
Interesting fact
Rose essential oils are very rare, as it takes a huge amount of petals to extract them.
This rose variant is diluted in jojoba oil. Compared to pure Rose de Mai, it is more affordable, has comparable effects and almost identical scent.

Růže stolistá mne doprovází od samého počátku aromaterapeutického dobrodružství. Silně doplňuje Jin a posiluje srdce. Rád ji využívám ve spojení s Klasickou čínskou medicínou, kde nanesením na určité body na těle pomáhá léčit vztahová a citová zranění. Uklidňuje Ducha a v rámci prastarého protokolu KČM dokonce léčí, spolu s dalšími esencemi, inkarnační blokády Ducha. Vzpomínám si, když byly malému Jonáškovi asi tak 3 měsíce, a já se koupeli namazal olejem s kapkou růže stolisté. Vešel jsem v županu do obývacího pokoje a hned mi nečekaně přistál Jonášek v náručí, abych ho chvíli pohlídal. Sedl jsem si s ním do křesla a položil si ho na hruď. Najednou se začal usmívat a postupně přešel až v euforické projevy blaženosti. Všichni se přišli podívat, protože bylo dost hlasité, jak jsme se tam spolu řechtali. Nikdy jsme neviděl malinké dítě se takto smát vlivem nějaké vůně. Trvalo to asi 20 minut! Bylo jasné, že téma růže bude i jeho „životním tématem“ ......

K růži stolisté mám spojené vzpomínky na babičku, která ji pěstovala. Asi pro výběr mého prvního esenciálního oleje z růže padl právě na tento druh. Pořídila jsem si ho ve skvělé Bewiťácké akci, kdy byly jednodruhové oleje v 50% slevě. Vůně je opravdu nádherná, hladivá, i přesto že je tato verze ředěná v jojobovém oleji i tak je vůně dostatečně intenzivní. Snad někdy pořídím i čistý olej.
