Methods of use

Inhalation

Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Using a mixture of 1 drops of essential oil and 70 ml of carrier oil, gently massage the soles of the feet or the area of discomfort.

Use no more than one-third (23 ml) of the mixture. Apply to the skin only once a day.

Poultice

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 70 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.
