Prayer..🧘🏻♀️ Po každodenní sádhaně si dávám 3 kapky do dlaně a inhaluji (předem je mám namazané smrkovou mastí, kterou si sama vyrábím (z bio olivového oleje, včelího vosku, smrkového jehličí a smrkové pryskyřice), aby se to s něhou spojilo, nebo jen obyč. bambucké máslo…Síla Prayeru a jeho podpora v duchovní rovině je obrovská. Ta synergie esencí velmi prohlubuje duchovní praxi. Je pro mě posvátným upokojením a uvnitřněním. Vůně hřebíčku, který dodává jistotu se snoubí s Cedrem, jenž je oporou, posiluje vůli a odolnost vnějšímu tlaku. Nard je další Láska vedle Cedru pro mne💖, ulevuje při nervovém napětí, chronické úzkosti.., stejně tak kadidlo, jenž také pročišťuje mysl. Spolu s ostatními esencemi tvoří skutečně podporu na Cestě k sebe sama. Děkuju. 🫂🙏🏻

Bewit olejíčky jsou pro mne a mou rodinu terapie. Moje dcera 13 let je po operaci kyčlí, kolen a šlach, aby mohla lépe chodit, je nevidomá a má dětskou mozkovou obrnu a po operaci měla jednu nožičku stále studenou. Po mazaní šlapek olejíčky Jedle, Nopa, jalovec, nožička krásně teplá! Léky od bolesti skoro nepotřebuje a to je po operaci čtyři dny!!! Do difuséru dávám ji Pomeranč, Lemongrass, Kadidlo, Levanduli na klid a nádherně to funguje. Mám z Bewitu hodně olejíčků a nedám na ně dopustit. Mám v každém pokoji difuzér a používáme je všichni. Syn 11 let si na učení oblíbil cedr, Memory, Life, Love a sám si kape dává do difuzéru. My v ložnici si dáváme do difuzéru Eros, Partnership, Love a různě je střídáme s dalšími. Kadidlo, Gold a jiné olejíčky ráda používám i na plet. Používám i Prawtein Love, Sun, Mars, Moon, Dx a další. I moje rodina a přátelé dostávají difuséry a olejíčky jako dárky. Bewit je úžasný a když cokoli potřebuji poradit, vždy mi poradí. Olejíčky používám každý den, ať už jako terapii nebo jen tak pro potěšení a teď čekám i na knihy, abych se dozvěděla ještě víc.

Mikor ezt az olajat kinyitottam és bele szagoltam nem tűnt a kedvencemnek..és megint szagoltam és megint…és egyre jobban elmélyültem az illatban, amit már akkor éreztem belső nyugalom, megnyugvás, béke, ezek az érzések kerekedtek felül! Azóta a meditációk alkalmával nálam kihagyhatatlan! Diffúzorban, tenyérből illatozva használom! Köszönöm ezt a lehetőséget is!

A meditáció, a mélyebb elgondolkodás egyik alapolajának tekintem. Most főleg hasznos. Ebben a csodálatos, Adventi időszakban is érdemes alkalmazni, mert felgyorsítja, segíti a lecsendesülést, kikapcsol a mindennapok rohanásainak mellékhatásai alól.
