Estragon mi zabral pri bolesti žalúdka, pomáha mi pri pms, zmierňuje mi príznaky klimaktéria. Používam ho veľmi opatrne a sporadicky.

Jak co niektórzy z Was pamiętają testuje olejki pod kontem objawów menopauzy. Tutaj numerem 1 jest estragon. Jego działanie jest widoczne już po około 3 tygodniach. Znikają uderzenia gorąca i nadmierne pocenie. Poprawia się nastrój i mija zdenerwowanie. Miesiączki nie są już tak dokuczliwe. Wraca utracona energia.Pamiętajcie, że objawy perimenopauzy występują już przed 40 rokiem życia, dlatego tak ważne jest obserwowanie swojego ciała. Polecam stosować ze sztyftem do nosa. Dawkowanie ile będzie potrzeba, organizm sam wyznaczy sobie dawkę do terapii.

Olejek z estragonu świetnie sprawdza się przy zespole napięcia przedmiesiączkowego. U mnie zmniejszył ból brzucha, poprawił nastrój, zniwelował problem z jelitami dokładnie biegunką, bólu piersi nie ma, bólu kręgosłupa nie ma. Jestem bardzo zaskoczona tak szerokim działaniem. Zapach ma delikatny i słodki. Przypomina zapach anyżu. Stosuję w inhalatorze do nosa. Gorąco polecam!
