Methods of use
Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Using a mixture of 1 drops of essential oil and 250 ml of carrier oil, gently massage the soles of the feet or the area of discomfort. Use no more than 45 ml of the mixture at a time.
Poultice
Rub the necessary amount of serum from 1 drop of essential oil and 250 ml of carrier oil on the area of discomfort, apply a moist and impermeable layer and leave it on.
