Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

Směs OK DIG jsem si zamilovala hned při prvním přičichnutí. Nejčastěji ho používám, když sním něco, co moc „nevoní“ mému zažívání a mám pocit těžkosti v žaludku. Stačí kapka do dlaní, pár hlubokých nádechů a výdechů a v řádu vteřin je po problému. Skvěle funguje i dceři na nevolnost během jízdy v autě. Nedám na něj dopustit.

Ak ste tiež tento rok neodolali vianočným koláčikom, čerstvému šalátu a ďalším dobrotám tak sa bude hodiť Očista po sviatkoch = moji pomocníci HELP GB; OK DIG ; COLDET pomohli mi zahnať chute, podporujú metabolizmus, upokojujú žalúdok a obnovujú rovnováhu pre zdravé trávenie a imunitu.

Nadherny olejcek s podpornou a liecivou silou. Pomaha nam pri pocite tazkeho zaludka.zodvakrat som mala akysi podrazdeny zaludok,hned zrana nalacno mi bolo tazko. Dala som si 2–3× zaden vnutorne do tobolky 2kvapky red orange a 2kvapky ok dig s nosnym olejom, a uz na druhy den bol zaludok pokojnejsi. Dakujem za tieto dary prirody ktore sirite dalej:)
