Methods of use
Inhalation
Add three to five drops of essential oil to a diffuser or inhalation stick.
Bath
Thoroughly mix three to five drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into the water-filled bath.
Seasoning of dishes
Just dip the tip of the toothpick in essential oil and stir it in 20 ml of vegetable oil (e.g. sunflower oil). A few drops of the prepared mixture, season the finished dish.

Lubię ja bardzo za zapach, używam w kuchni zmienia smak potraw na duży plus, a wystarczy zaledwie 1 kropla.

Muškátový oříšek se může zdát mezi ostatními olejíčky takový nenápadný. Musím ovšem říct, že jsem z něj opravdu maximálně nadšená! Jeho velkolepá vůně krásně podtrhuje jeho úžasné účinky. Poslední dny v něm cítím velkou podporu, instantní uvolnění, zaměření se na podstatné a hluboce meditativní stav klid, u kterého úplně cítím, že se mi otevírá čelo.. :) V knize Magická aromaterapie ho autor doporučuje před každým magickým rituálem, pro zaměření energie. To tedy rozhodně sedí! :)
