Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Bathe
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

Manukový esenciálny olej som si vybrala ako takú vylepšenú verziu tea tree (pre mňa). Objednala som rovno dva kusy, jeden aj ako darček. 🌸 Chystám sa s ním prekonávať chrípkové obdobia, ktoré sa u mňa prejavujú predovšetkým výsevom herpesu. Vôňa je veľmi intenzívna, rovnako tak predpokladám jeho učinnosť. Myslím si, že aj cena tohto produktu je veľmi priaznivá vzhľadom k účinkom, ktoré sú o manuke uvádzané.

Koupila jsem má základě popisu produktu a byla jsem zvědavá na účinky hlavně kosmetické. Musim říct ze skvěle působí na akné a hlavně na zanícené pupinky. Používám já i 14ti letý syn. Jeho oblast nosu a brady kevyrazně lepší.
