Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Bathe
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

Lantana premenlivá je esteticky (podľa mnňa) jedna z najkrajších rastlín vôbec. Akonáhle som uvidela, že je v ponuke a naozaj v dostupnej cenovej relácii esenciálny olej, vedela som, že sa zaradí do mojej prírodnej lekárničky. Budem ho skúšať kombinovať s ďalšími a vytvárať účinné kombinácie pre predovšetkým ženskú populáciu a testovať ho napríklad pri redukcii PMS. Uvidíme. ❤️

Zvláštní vůně plná podmětu ke zkoumání a bloumání, co všechno cítím. V toku myšlenek málem zapadlo zaměření na pocity, které vnímám s tou esencí, ale změna stavu se přihlásila o pozornost sama. Nastoupilo uvolnění, až euforie. Chuť se smát jen tak a to mám rád. Ihned se Libora stala významnou složkou mého parfému. BEWIT děkuju.
