„Mně naopak tato lampa velmi mile překvapila a potěšila. Cena do 200CZK! Krásná barevná struktura, žárovka v zásilce, takže ihned k použití a do mističky nahoru jsem dala sušený tymián a sůl pokapanou esenciálním olejem Tymián. Teď už si užívám teplou barvu, vůni a pocit klidu. DĚKUJI za možnost objednat ve výprodojové ceně.“

Also known as: Common Thyme
Great for cooking and baking. Simply use a toothpick dipped in the oil mixture to scent the food, and it will add a Mediterranean or French flavor, or remind you of your grandmother’s kitchen.
When taken internally, it can support digestion and soothe bloating.
In general, thyme helps alleviate sore muscles and promote relief. It can be used with caution on skin and body for conditions such as acne, bruising, irritation, redness, cuts, insect bites, etc. It is suitable for typical seasonal ailments, such as sore throat, stuffy nose and sinuses or cough.
It will brighten and positively uplifts the mind. It will inspirecourage, release emotions and boost self-confidence. It also purifies the air and repels insects, including lice or fleas, making it an effective natural repellent.

Multiple chemotypes of thyme
There are several chemotypes of thyme essential oil, which in addition to the aroma, differ slightly in their effects.
Thyme oil, with its predominant chemotype component thymol, is considered the strongest and most intense. However, it can be irritating to the skin, so it must be used with great caution, following the recommended dosage. The chemotype borneol is rated as finer in comparison, due to its lower thymol content. The linaloolchemotype is the gentlest of these and can be used by children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Thyme of the chemotype thymol is also sometimes called red thyme. This is because the metal vessels react with the phenolic compounds contained in this oil and turn red.
Be careful with thyme
Although the effects of thyme essential oil are beneficial, do not use it during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with children under 12 years of age. It is also not suitable after major surgery and for bleeding disorders.
When using on skin, follow the recommended lower dilution, maximum 1.3%.
