Preparation instructions

The Drink

In a shaker, thoroughly mix 50 g (about 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 300 ml of warm water or warm plant milk.

Porridge

In a larger bowl, thoroughly mix 50 g (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) of protein powder with 150 ml of warm water or warm plant milk.* Garnish the porridge with fresh fruit, nuts or seeds.

*You can influence the thickness of the porridge by the amount of water added.

Recommended dosage

1–2 servings per day*

*1 serving = 50 g of powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons)
