It has a mild flavour with a slightly nutty hint.
It gradually thickens and gels in water and vegetable milk.
You can add it to both** sweet** and savoury dishes.
It is very easy to prepare puddings and porridges that will definitely satiate you.
WHY SHOULD I USE BEWIT LINSEED FLOUR?
- Plant proteins increase the nutritional value of smoothies, porridges and other dishes.
- Due to the high amount of fibre, it is filling for a longer period of time.
- It provides the body with unsaturated fatty acids and other substances beneficial to the body.
WHY SHOULD I USE BEWIT LINSEED FLOUR?
When flavouring sauces and soups, first whisk the powder thoroughly in cold water.
In desserts, smoothies and porridges, add the amount of flaxseed flour necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
To prepare the pudding, mix 50g of linseed flour with 250ml of water or vegetable milk and heat the mixture gently until it thickens to the desired consistency.

Sign in / RegisterUž nejaký čas sa snažím v domácnosti nahradiť bežnú pšeničnú a ražnú múku zdravšou alternatívou. A tak som začala piecť doma chlieb z pohánkovej múky v kombinácii s ľanovou múkou z Bewitu a tiež aj s tekvicovou múkou. A do cesta samozrejme pridávam aj olivový olej z Bewitu. Na chlieb mi už začal chodiť aj môj manžel, tak už teraz pečiem chlebík tak 3× do týždňa :)

Z tejto múky si robievam rannú kašu a keďže mám 1kg balenie, podelila som sa aj s mamou, ktorá často pečie a tak ho pridáva do koláčov a do ranného müsli. Keď pripravujem kašu alebo zahusťujem, múku najprv rozmiešam v studenej vode, aby sa netvorili hrudky. Kaša má konzistenciu pudingu, takže ak ľúbite puding, prídete si na svoje:-)

Okrem ľanového oleja, ktorý nám neuveriteľne zaberá na kašeľ, doma používam aj pomleté ľanové semienko (alebo inak múku ;) ). Mám pocit, že ja to pridávam už všade. 💗 Do palaciniek, do babovky, do chleba …
