Multiple types of pepper
Although the effects of spruce essential oils are similar, there are differences in the scents.
While the scent of the gray spruce Picea glauca is lighter and fresher, the aroma of the black spruce Picea mariana attracts attention spicy tones. The smell of the bark and wood of the black spruce is in contrast to the smell of needles more woody. Norway spruce Picea abies is characterised by a much more pronounced resinous freshness.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

Szuper illóolaj az oltás okozta izom (hátizom) merevségre. Jelenleg slejm feloldására is használom. Éjjelre bekenem vele a torkomat, mellkasomat, a fülem tövét és a hátamat. Kókuszolajjal hígítva alkalmazom.
