BEWIT Myrrh Confusa
Also known as: confusa myrrh, Kenyan frankincense
Like other essential oils from myrrh, this rare variety is valued for its beneficial effects on the skin, especially mature skin. It provides softness, suppleness, and overall refreshment, and also helps to fill in fine wrinkles. It will promote renewal and regeneration of surface imperfections and irritation.
It is also a suitable ingredient for mouthwashes, toothpastes, or gargles for oral hygiene, as well as in soaps and cleaning products. As a part of perfumes, it fixes fragrances and enhances the heavier oriental-floral character.
It can be useful if you need to calm your respiratory tract, strengthen your digestive system and appetite, balance the feminine side of your body, or generally gain better resilience.
Myrrh is also an ancient aid in spiritual rituals and meditation. It facilitates relaxation, soothes tension and nervousness, making it helpful when you're struggling with stress and emotional exhaustion.
Creates a pleasant combination with essential oils BEWIT Frankincense Boswellia Carterii, BEWIT Sandalwood, BEWIT Geranium, BEWIT Cypress or BEWIT Mandarin Red.
Benefits

Different types of myrrh
Different types of myrrh have similar effects, but differ in details and smell. Myrrh confusa, sometimes referred to as Kenyan frankincense, is characterized by a deep, warm scent, sweetly herbal and resinous, with earthy and balsamic tones, more reminiscent of frankincense than myrrh.
Confusion is also caused by the myrrh tree Commiphora confusa, as this species is not easily identified. It has different flowers on individual plants, as well as varying colors and types of resin.
Support for female energy
Myrrh is traditionally considered to represent feminine energy and has been used in rituals associated with femininity and also at night, while masculine energy is represented by incense which is suitable during the day.
Caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of myrrh is not advisable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Note
Due to the terpenoid content and other naturally occurring substances, essential oils extracted from the resin dry out easily when exposed to oxygen for long periods of time. A consequence and natural characteristic of the product is a resinous coating that forms near the dropper and the neck of the essential oil bench.
If you want to prevent the formation of a resinous coating, after each use of essential oil, clean the dropper and its surrounding area thoroughly with a dry and clean tissue. Then close the bottle tightly and store in a dark and dry place.
