It relieves cramps, soothes sore muscles, stomach pain and headache and supports breathing. It is a guide for women throughout their menstrual cycle.
It is a great tool for soothing and cleansing the skin. It is appreciated by all skin types, especially problematic and teenage skin. Deals with pimples, insect bites, redness and irritation.
You can use it as an ingredient in soaps, perfumes, skin and body care products. It also serves well for household cleaning, air purification, and as an effective repellent.

Lavandin is not lavender
Lavandin is a natural hybrid of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and spike lavender (Lavandula latifolia).
It differs from true lavender not only in its properties but also in its scent. Lavandin essential oil (Lavandula hybrida) has a much stronger herbal and floral scent with strong camphor notes, making it more suitable for supporting the respiratory or muscular system. Compared to lavender, which is more calming, lavandin is more strengthening.

Methods of use
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
PERFUME
Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 10 ml of jojoba oil in a roll-on bottle.
