It is an indispensable helper for women of all ages. It harmonizes the cycle, helps to nurture skin and hair, relieves stress and supports in motherhood.
Particularly in bio quality, it is excellent as an ingredient in skincare products for the face and skin, including sensitive and children's skin. It cleanses the skin, contributes to its regeneration, balances the pH. It is useful for various issues, from pimples and insect bites to redness, itching, and irritation caused by sun exposure or frost.
You can also use it as an ingredient in hair care products, especially for fine hair, to add strength and shine.
This essential oil is non-irritating, safe during pregnancy and also suitable for children. Mothers find it effective, for example, in soothing discomfort during their children's teething.

More types of chamomile
In addition to true chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) is also used. They work similarly, but chamomile is stronger and works more intensively. Also, its scent is more pronounced, while the scent of Roman chamomile is sweeter and more delicate, ideal for sensitive individuals and children.
Due to its high chamazulene content, chamomile oil is blue in colour.

Methods of use
Skin and body care
Massage the serum of 5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of cosmetic oil gently into the skin or scalp, or perform a full body massage.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
