Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
Poultice
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

Illatra először kicsit erős volt számomra. De ami nem tetszik arra van szükségünk. S tényeg, már nagyon megbarátkoztam vele. Párologtatóba használom. Ebben az időszakban épp cészerű hasznáni védekezés a víros ellen.
