Egy igen erős hànyàsos hasmenéses időszakon voltam túl, és nem volt igazi az emésztésem ingadozott a vércukorszintem, ennek köszönhetően a melankólia is intenzíven jelen volt. Először a talpamon keresztül masszíroztam be, és pàr perc múlva màr sokkal jobban éreztem magam. Később hasra csukló pontokra is tettem, és 3–4 nap alatt az emésztésem sokkal jobb lett, a vércukorszintem teljesen helyre jött. Az illatàt imàdom .Diffúzorba téve ahogy illatozott, úgy éreztem hogy erősödik a napfonat csakràm.

Trpím na hypoglykemii a často mě to omezuje v práci. Začala jsem proto používat olej Bydia – mažu zředěný na krk. Cukr mi tak často neklesá a já mohu mnohem lépe fungovat.
