„Studená brokolicová nebo hrášková polévka snadno a rychle. 3 kávové lžičky lyofilizované brokolice nebo hrášku rozmixujte ve 2,5 dcl vlažné vody nebo i ve vodě běžné pokojové teploty. Do hrnku nasypte krutony a zalejte rozmixovanou směsí. Přidejte pár kapek tekutého bujónu (dle chuti, možná někomu bude stačit pouze osolit) a je hotovo. Polévka je chutná a zasytí. Kdo má přenosný mixér, jako já, tak si "uvaří" i bez horké vody v práci nebo i na výletě rychle chutnou a zdravou polévku, ale určitě i doma, když vás přepadne hlad. Samozřejmě polévku lze dochutit na různé způsoby.“

Add two teaspoons (5 g) of powder to sauces, soups, spreads or smoothies.
The powder binds moisture very easily and gradually hardens. Therefore, keep it in its original packaging throughout the storage period and always close it tightly after removing the powder. Store in a dry and dark place at a maximum temperature of 25 °C.
The package also includes a moisture absorber.
In the production of the powder, the broccoli has undergone an extremely gentle process of express freezing (IQF) followed by gentle drying in a specially treated environment. Vegetables processed in this way retain their original aroma, colour and taste, as well as most of their beneficial substances.
