Methods of use
Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Bath
Prepared mix made out of five drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into a tub filled with water.
Seasoning of dishes
Just dip the tip of the toothpick in essential oil and stir it in 20 ml of vegetable oil (e.g. sunflower oil). Add a few drops of this mixture to the finished dish.

Tento olejček sa mi osvedčil najmä , keď som ho zakomponovala do mužských masážnych olejov. Pre mňa je to olejcek skôr s mužskou vôňou, takže ho rada používam takto. Jeho vôňu skvelo podčiarkuje a dopĺňa Superman.
