Our cold-pressed apricot kernel oil has a pleasantly mild taste and melts on the tongue. It is perfect for fruit salads, spreads, marinades and many other cold dishes, to which it adds delicacy and attractively full flavour.
HISTORY
A trusted component of many cultures
Regardless of origin, apricots are an invaluable part of many cultures around the world. Even the Ancient Egyptians prepared their traditional drinks from the flesh of apricots. The English settlers, on the other hand, did not give up on the exceptional apricot oil, which they used internally and externally. And it is only thanks to the pioneering Greeks that we can enjoy them here in Europe.
PROCESSING
Cold pressed
The apricot (Prunus Armeniaca) is a world-famous fruit tree native to China. The much appreciated apricot oil is extracted from the kernels of its fruit in the most gentle way, by cold pressing.
COMPOSITION AND PROPERTIES
Unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, bio-active compounds…
Apricot oil is composed mainly of unsaturated fatty acids, of which oleic acid (71,6 %) and the essential omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid (21,4 %) are the most abundant. By keeping the pressing temperatures low and omitting the refining process, the maximum amount of valuable bio-active compounds, vitamins, provitamins and other beneficial substances are preserved in the oil.
USE
For fruit salads, spreads, marinades…
Apricot oil is characterised by its pleasantly mild taste and melting consistency. It is perfect for fruit salads, spreads, marinades and many other cold dishes, to which it adds delicacy and attractively full flavour.
You can also pour it over cold porridge, fruit dumplings and pancakes.

Meruňkový olej používám ráno lžíci na lačno a večer si s ním čistím obličej. Před použitím Bewit hydrolát levandule, vřele doporučuji…

Keďže niektoré EO používam aj vnútorne, kvapkám si tú kvapku-dve na lyžičku s niektorým z olejov z ponuky. Teraz padla voľba na marhuľový olej. Najskôr ma prekvapilo, že olej nemá absolútne marhuľovú chuť ani vôňu. Čo pre mňa bola skôr výhoda, pretože okrem denného využitia s EO som ho mohla dať aj do šalátov – a to ako ovocných tak aj zeleninových – bez toho, aby tie zmenili chuť. Tiež mi asi 2× poslúžil ako telový olej, keď mi došiel ten, ktorý obvykle používam a s 2 kvapkami EO levanduľa mi krásne pokožku zvláčnil.

Přidala jsem pár kapek do meruňkového oleje, používám na obličej. Velmi příjemná osvěžující kombinace. Děkuji :-)

Tento olej používám jako základ při péči o pleť, převážně na obličej. Je lehce vstřebatelný, pro mou pokožku ideální.

Tento olej jsem cilene pouzila jako doplnkovy „mastnejsi“ spolu se zakladnim hroznovym olejem, ktery se mi strasne rychle rychle vsakne s pridavkem esence vonave levandule… a vytvorila si svuj telovy olej. Samotny apricot olej mi nevoni, je to takova vune jak rozbite skorapky, pro me nic moc. S doplnkovou vonavou esenci mam vsak uzasny telovy olej po koupeli Mam velmi suchou pokozku zejmena na nohach a tato kompozice mi kuzi krasne zvlacnuje a hlavne uzamyka nacucanou vlhkost po koupeli.

Amikor a 6 év alatti unokaöcsiknek keverek valami enyhébb csodaszert, mindig sárgabarackmag olajba hígítom az illókat. Jól felszívódó olaj a bőrön. Értékes étrendkiegészítő belsőleg fogyasztva.

Pposlední dobou si na obličej zkouším baňkovou masáž, u toho využívám tento jemný výživný dobře vstřebatelný olej. Na masáž obličeje doporučuji, lze i doplnit o esenciální oleje :)
