BEWIT's rules and way of working

1. Introduction

BEWIT Natural Medicine, s.r.o. ("BEWIT") is a company that sells exclusive products and services. It uses its own system of sales through independent Partners ("Partners") and provides sales support. The rewards of Partners and Customers are governed by these "BEWIT Terms and Conditions". BEWIT does not require any initial investment, upfront or renewal fees.

BEWIT adheres to the "BEWIT Code of Conduct" and strives for long-term mutually beneficial cooperation. BEWIT offers a 100% money back guarantee on its products. BEWIT does not advertise that Partners will achieve financial success without work or by relying solely on the actions and efforts of others. Compensation at BEWIT is based on sales of BEWIT products and services. Partners are an independent party and their success or failure depends on their personal efforts.

Successful Partners expand their skills and knowledge. They create a network of Partners and Customers. They are dedicated to sales, affiliate link sharing, sponsorship, coaching and mentoring people.

Partners who have questions should contact the BEWIT team, for example by emailing info@bewit.love.

The BEWIT Rules and Procedures ("BEWIT Rules") have been established to establish rules and regulations, sound sales and marketing practices and to prevent improper, abusive or illegal conduct. These BEWIT Rules are updated, revised and supplemented from time to time.

Each Partner is obliged to familiarise themselves with the "BEWIT Rules and Method of Work". By electronically - online - submitting an application (registration) or an order, the Partner agrees to comply with the "General Terms and Conditions for the BEWIT e-shop", the "Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Networking" and these "BEWIT Rules and Method of Work". Placing orders for BEWIT products and services is a reaffirmation of such commitment to comply with the aforementioned "General Terms and Conditions for the BEWIT e-shop", the "Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Networking" and these "BEWIT Rules and Operating Procedures". The partners also confirm by their agreement (online submission of the application form, registration) that they have read these documents and understand that together they constitute a contract between them and BEWIT.

2. Basic concepts

Activities and points

Active Director (AD) - is a director who has completed the basic activity in a given month. To fulfil the bonus activity, the total active points (TAP) in a given month must be at or above 1 000 BP, and of which at least 200 BP is made up of personal points (purchase at your own registration number). Fulfillment of the basic activity is a condition for receiving a bonus from the lower director lines. Active Partner (AP) - is a Partner in the position of supervisor, leader, manager and director who has completed the bonus activity in a given month. To fulfil the bonus activity, the total active points (TAP) in a given month must be at or above 200 BP, and of which at least 100 BP is made up of personal points (purchase at your own registration number). Fulfillment of the bonus activity is a condition for receiving a bonus from the lower non-director lines (inter-commission) from the realised sale (bonus base).

Point (BP - BEWIT point) - is a value that is assigned to each product for the purpose of calculating sales activity to determine procedures, bonuses, rewards for Partners in accordance with the BEWIT rules. Bonus activity (BA - bonus activity). It is the level of Partner's performance that makes him/her an active Partner. Total activity points (TAP - total activity points). These are points earned by adding together the Personal Points (PP), Activity Points A (APA) and Activity Points B (APB) from purchases made by personally sponsored customers in a given month.
TAP = PP + APA + APB

Total points (TP - total points) - the total sum of all points of the Partner or Customer for a given period. Points from first line director organisations count for 40%, second line for 20% and third line for 10%. Total points non-reduced (TPN total points non-reduced) - the total of all the Partner's or Customer's points for a given period. Points from directors' organisations are counted in full. Non-directorial points (NDP) - points earned by BBPs and Customers who are not below the bottom line director.  Personal points (PP - personal points) are points earned by personal purchases made by Partners or Customers (purchase on their own registration number) in a given month.  Basic activity (BCA - basic activity) - This is the level of director's performance that makes him/her an active director. To complete the basic activity, the total active points (TAP) in a given month must be at or above 1,000 BP, and of which a minimum of 200 BP is made up of personal points. Fulfillment of the basic activity is a condition for receiving a bonus from the lower director lines. By completing the basic activity, the bonus activity is automatically fulfilled.

Bonuses and margins

Bonus - financial reward to the Partner or Customer from the company. All bonuses are paid from the given bonus base in a given month.

The bonus from the lower non-directorial lines (SC - spread commission - intermediate commission) is a financial reward for Partners at the position of supervisor and above. It is paid out of the total bonus bases of the bottom lines of personally sponsored supervisors, leaders and managers. The condition for receiving the Bonus from the lower non-director lines is to complete the bonus activity in a given month.

The director bonus (DB - director bonus) is the financial reward of the director from personally sponsored Partners in the lower lines who are in the position of director and above. The condition for receiving the Bonus from the lower non-director lines is to complete the bonus activity in a given month.

A personal bonus (PB - personal bonus) is a financial payment to a Partner or Customer from a company who is a supervisor or higher. It is paid out of the bonus base from your own purchases in a given month. For supervisor, it is 3%, leader 11%, manager 20% and director and above 25%.

Bonus coefficient (BC - bonus coefficient) is a coefficient that is assigned to each product and affects the size of the Bonus base of the product.

The product bonus base (PBB - product bonus base) is the product of WSP - the wholesale price of the product and the bonus coefficient. PBB = WSP x BC. It is calculated on prices excluding VAT.

The bonus base (BB - bonus base) is the sum of all realised product bonus bases (PBB) of the Partner or Customer in a given month. It is calculated on prices excluding VAT. Only products and services that are 100% paid for count towards the Bonus Base.

Margin from A Customers (MA) - the financial reward Partners receive for purchases made by personally sponsored A Customers in the first line. It is calculated as a 'Percentage H' (usually 30%) of the realised turnover at retail prices excluding VAT made by A's customers in the month. It is only paid on products and services that are included in the remuneration scheme. If the Partner uses INB (Intelligent Network Building) to move Customer A from its first line to depth, it does not lose the right to this reward. The new sponsor is not entitled to this reward after such a transfer. Information on the "Percentage A" value can be found in BEWIT's current materials.

Margin from A Customers (MA) - the financial reward Partners receive for purchases made by personally sponsored A Customers in the first line. It is calculated as a 'Percentage H' (usually 15%) of the realised turnover at retail prices excluding VAT made by A's customers in the month. It is only paid on products and services that are included in the remuneration scheme. If the Partner uses INB (Intelligent Network Building) to move Customer A from its first line to depth, it does not lose the right to this reward. The new sponsor is not entitled to this reward after such a transfer. Information on the "Percentage B" value can be found in BEWIT's current materials.

Other bonuses and rewards are described as defined in the virtual office.

Price

Retail price - RP (Retail price). Is the list price of a product or service. This price is available to all Partners and Customers who have not reached the Level A point value of 300 BP with their personal purchases on their registration number within two consecutive calendar months.

The Discounted Price - DP (Discounted Price) is the price obtained by deducting the "Percentage L" (usually 15%) from the Retail Price (RP). All Partners and Customers who have reached Level A - 300 BP with their personal purchases on their registration number within two consecutive calendar months, but have not yet reached Level B - 700 BP, are eligible for this price. This "Percentage L" discount (usually 15%), if achieved, is permanent and does not need to be defended.

Wholesale price - WSP (Wholesale Price) is the price obtained by subtracting the "Percentage H" from the retail price (RP) ("Percentage H" is often 30%). This price is available to all Partners and Customers who have not reached the Level A point value of 700 BP with their personal purchases on their registration number within two consecutive calendar months. This "Percentage H" discount (usually 30%), if achieved, is permanent and does not need to be defended. An affiliate is any natural person or natural person entrepreneur over the age of 18 who registers online and is accepted into the BEWIT system or buys a BEWIT product and agrees to the "General Terms and Conditions for the BEWIT e-shop", the "Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Networking" and these "BEWIT Terms and Conditions". They create a network of Partners and Customers. When registering, the Partner is entitled to provide the details of the legal entity to which he wishes to invoice his orders and pay rewards. The Partner declares that the inclusion of this legal entity is made with its consent and is responsible for the correct completion of the information about this legal entity.

Bottom line - Partners and customers who are registered in the first and next line under a given Partner. Free Shipping - If the Customer or Partner reaches the FSL level (free shipping level) with their purchase, they are not charged shipping fees for their order.

Intelligent network building - (Intelligent Network Building) is a feature in the BEWIT system that allows a Partner to move anyone from their front line with their entire group (network) in depth after approval. This function allows you to take advantage of synergies in building your organisation. Care must be taken when making moves. Once a transfer has been made, it cannot be reversed.

Month - calendar month (e.g. March 1-31).

An Unrecognized Director UD (Unrecognised Director) is a Partner who has made 25,000 BP in two consecutive calendar months but has not met the rule that at least 5,000 BP must come from a branch other than the main (largest) line. The unrecognized Director loses the points and rewards from his largest branch and it passes to the first (recognized) Director in the top line. This process is irreversible. New sponsor NS (New sponsor). If a Sponsor uses INB (Intelligent Network Building) to move another Partner or Customer from their first line to the deep end, the Partner or Customer above them is their New Sponsor. The new sponsor is not entitled to Margin from customers A and B (MA and MB).

Realised turnover - sales activity reflected in the bonus base and points in a given month. Only products and services that are 100% paid for are counted. Products whose point value is zero and which are not included in the reward system are not included in the realised turnover (e.g. accessories, brochures, etc.). Percentage H - PH (Percent H - high) is a percentage value that indicates how to calculate the wholesale price - WSP - from the retail price of a given product. If PH is 30, then WSP = RP - 30%. Percentage H - PH (Percent H - high) is a percentage value that indicates how to calculate the wholesale price - WSP - from the retail price of a given product (business price). For example, if PL is 15, then DP = RP - 15%.

Sponsor - A Partner who personally enrolls another Partner or Customer in their first line. If he subsequently moves it using IBN - Intelligent Business Networking, he remains its sponsor. The partner who is in his first line after such a move is NS - the new sponsor. It is the Sponsor's responsibility to provide the new Partner or Customer with basic information about BEWIT, BEWIT products and the Wellbeing Programme, to explain how to order goods, to inform them about the possibility to participate in BEWIT meetings and to offer them assistance in connecting with BEWIT social media profiles. If the Sponsor is unable to answer the Partner's questions, they will connect the Partner with other BEWIT leaders.

Unlike a Partner, the Customer does not create a network of other Partners and Customers. When registering, the Partner is entitled to provide the details of the legal entity to which he wishes to invoice his orders and pay rewards. The Partner declares that the inclusion of this legal entity is made with its consent and is responsible for the correct completion of the information about this legal entity. Customer A is a Partner or Customer who purchases at retail prices (RP). This price is available to all Partners and Customers who have not reached the Level A point value of 300 BP with their personal purchases on their registration number within two consecutive calendar months. Customer B is a Partner or Customer who buys at commercial prices (OC). All Partners and Customers who have reached Level A - 300 BP with their personal purchases on their registration number within two consecutive calendar months, but have not yet reached Level B - 700 BP, are eligible for this price. Customer C is a Partner or Customer who buys at wholesale prices (WSP). All Partners and Customers who have reached Level A - 700 BP with their personal purchases on their registration number within two consecutive calendar months, but have not yet reached Level B - 700 BP, are eligible for this price. Discounted shipping. If a Partner's or Customer's purchase exceeds the discounted shipping level (DSL), they will be charged the discounted shipping fee, if applicable in that country.

Qualification activities

In order to qualify for a bonus from the lower non-director lines (intermediate), a supervisor, leader, manager and director must qualify as an active Partner and meet all other requirements of these "BEWIT Policies and Procedures" during the calendar month in which the bonus eligibility requirements are met. Supervisors, leaders and managers who do not meet the activity status in a given month will not receive a bonus from the lower non-director lines (intermediate) for their group in that month and will not be recognised as an active Partner. The bonus from the lower non-directorial lines (intermediate) will be forfeited. The bonus thus forfeited from the lower non-director lines (intermediate lines) will be paid to the next active Partner in the upper line. Active Partners whose Intermediate Passes are forfeited may re-qualify (without retroactive effect) as Active Partners in the following month(s).

Calculation and payment of bonuses

All bonuses are paid from the bonus base in a given month. The basis for calculating the bonus base is the wholesale price (WSP) excluding VAT. The WSP is "Percentage H" (usually 30%) lower than the retail price (RP). Rewards are listed in the monthly recap - Bonus recap. Rewards are calculated according to the positions within the Rewards Programme and are paid according to the actual level achieved and the turnover realised. Partners do not receive a bonus from the lower non-director lines (intermediate bonuses) of any Partner or Customer in their sponsor group that is at the same level in the rewards programme. However, the full number of points for promotion to higher positions and other incentive rewards will count. All rewards are sent to Partners and Customers to their bank account usually on the 15th day of the month following the month in which they are due.

The Partner can use the available rewards in the Virtual Office to pay partly or fully for their new orders.

All rewards are paid to the bank account specified by the Partner in their Virtual Office. If the Partner has available rewards (positive financial balance) in his/her Virtual Office and for a period of 12 months or more from the date of creation of this available balance has not provided valid and complete information in his/her Virtual Office regarding the account number, its owner, IBAN, SWIFT and, if applicable, the name of the bank to which BEWIT is to send this balance, the Partner shall lose the right to these rewards and they shall be forfeited to BEWIT without any possibility of compensation.

The Partner is aware that providing a bank account number in the Virtual Office is a serious act. If the Partner has his/her remuneration paid to an account other than his/her personal or business account, he/she bears all responsibility for any damages incurred by BEWIT or other parties, including governmental institutions.

The partner has the possibility to create his activity within the business company. If he chooses this option of cooperation, he will enter the name and details of this company in his virtual office. However, this is only possible if he has at least a 51% stake in the company and must be considered its majority owner. If the shareholding is smaller, or decreases during the course of the cooperation, it must have the written consent of the majority owner and the person or persons authorised to represent the company in the relevant matters. This written consent must be obtained before the company's details are entered into the virtual office. Such up-to-date written consent must be available whenever there is a change in the ownership structure and management of the company. Should the Partner fail to obtain such current written consent, the Partner must immediately change the details in its virtual office. The Affiliate agrees that his/her earned rewards will be transferred to a virtual wallet where he/she can spend them as payment for the purchase of goods.

The Partner warrants that the owner of the bank account he/she has introduced to the virtual office or the executives of the company to whom the account belongs have decision-making powers in such matters, agree to such use of the bank account and have demonstrably read and agreed to these BEWIT Rules and other documents related to these BEWIT Rules. In particular the "General Terms and Conditions for the BEWIT e-shop" and the "Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Networking"

If the Partner enters an incorrect account number or incorrect and incomplete information regarding the account number in the Virtual Office, or enters the account number in an unauthorised manner, the Partner shall bear all liability for any damage that may arise or have arisen as a result of such entry.

A prerequisite for the payment of rewards is the completion of all mandatory data in the BEWIT virtual office. Rewards to countries other than the Czech Republic and Slovakia are only paid if their value exceeds EUR 20 and the cost of bank charges for the payment is charged to the payee. For EUR payments within the European Union, a fee of EUR 1 is charged. For withdrawals in other currencies within the EU, there is a fee of EUR 2 per payment. For withdrawals outside the normal bank payment system, such as PayPal or Revolut, there is a fee of EUR 10 per transaction.

Customers and Partners who are, or have become, VAT payers, or have listed a company (legal entity) in their virtual office, fully and without reservation agree that BEWIT will issue an invoice or tax document on their behalf under their own number series. The Partner or Customer undertakes to accept such invoice or tax document as his/her own and to include it in his/her accounting or in the accounting of the said company or in its tax records. The invoice amount corresponds to the Bonus Recap data for that month. The amount indicated in the Bonus Recap is transferred to the Partner's virtual wallet, where it can be used to pay for the ordered goods. Each Partner agrees that his/her realised rewards are automatically transferred to his/her virtual wallet in the virtual office, where he/she can use (spend) them as a credit for the purchase of goods. The implementation of a credit is a form of payment of remuneration, either to the Partner or to the company listed by the Partner in the virtual office. If the Partner does not agree to be paid by credit, he/she should not use this form of payment. If the Affiliate uses the wallet payment, the Affiliate accepts and agrees that the payments are made to the person or company he/she has listed in his/her Virtual Office, even if the credit is used to pay invoices of other persons or entities. If the Partner provides complete and correct details of the bank account to which the rewards are to be sent in the Virtual Office, this will be done once a month. Exceptionally, remuneration may be paid in cash or other forms.

An Affiliate qualifies as a Director if they and their downline group earn 25,000 points in any two consecutive calendar months and are an active Affiliate in each month of that period. If a Partner and their downline earn 25,000 points in any two consecutive months and fail to meet the other requirements for a recognised Director, they will become a non-recognised Director. The unrecognized director did not meet the rule that at least 5,000 BP must come from a branch - lineage other than the main (largest) branch. The unrecognized Director loses the points and rewards from his largest branch and it passes to the first (recognized) Director in the top line. This process is irreversible. He/she can qualify as a recognised director in the future if he/she scores 25 000 points in two consecutive months. From the date an unrecognised director has earned 25,000 points within two months, he or she becomes a recognised director and can receive bonuses if he or she qualifies by completing a basic activity. A director becomes a director of his or her immediate upline sponsor by qualifying as a recognised director or qualifying as a sponsored director from inherited or transferred director status. If a director is term-limited or leaves, their entire downline organisation will be moved upwards, directly under that director's current sponsor, and remain in the current sequence. If a Director who has been termed or who has retired is a Recognised Sponsored Director and has any Recognised First Generation Directors in their organisation, these will be classed as hereditary Directors of the new First Generation Sponsor. However, one such director may be selected as a sponsored director to replace a first-generation director who has been expelled or has left.

Bonus from lower directors' lines (intermediate directors)

Once a Partner becomes a Recognised Director, he or she can qualify for a bonus from the lower Director lines (DP - Director Intermediate) by supporting and coaching his or her downline directors. In order for a Recognised Director to qualify for Director Interims in a given month, the Director must qualify by completing a Basic Activity (BA) in that month. To meet the basic activity, the value of total active points (TAP) in a given month must be at least 1,000 BP, and the value of personal purchases (PP) in a given month must be at least 200 BP.

Directors' interim bonuses are paid out of the corresponding total bonus bases of Directors (and above) in the first, second and third tiers at 8%, 4% and 3% respectively. If the director fails to meet the basic activity, the bonus from the lower director lines is forfeited. It will be awarded to the next higher director who has completed the bonus activity. A recognised director who has not completed the basic activity within three consecutive months will lose the right to qualify. She/he can regain this right if they earn a total of 4 000 total active points (TAP) for two consecutive months.

A Director who has at least one Director in his or her first line and has not met basic activity in the last six consecutive months permanently loses all of his or her downline Directors. Such a lost director lineage becomes the inherited director lineage of the first upline director. A Director who has five recognised Directors in his first line cannot lose his Director line under this rule.

BEWIT Annuity

If a Partner has 49 personally acquired B or C Customers, they qualify for a lifetime BEWIT Annuity. It doesn't matter if she/he has them in her/his front line or if she/he has moved them in depth using INB - intelligent network building. The amount of the BEWIT Annuity is determined by dividing 1% of the total turnover (bonus base) excluding VAT in a given country by the number of Partners who qualify for the BEWIT Annuity in a given month. The condition for the payment of the BEWIT Annuity in a given month is the completion of the Basic Activity in that month and also in the three preceding months. A partner can participate in the BEWIT annuity multiple times. For example, if you get 98 personally sponsored Customers B or C, you get double the amount of the distribution.

Diamond bonus

A partner whose additional turnover (turnover excluding the turnover of the largest bottom line) in a given month reaches 25 000 BP receives a first level diamond bonus of 1%. Upon reaching 50,000 BP, the player receives a Level 2 Diamond Bonus of 1%. A total of 2%. The Diamond Bonus is paid up to the level of the nearest Partner who has qualified for the Diamond Bonus. The condition for the payment of the BEWIT Annuity in a given month is the completion of the Basic Activity in that month and also in the three preceding months.

CEO Bonus

The CEO of the company (Managing Director) has the power to allocate a special bonus to the Partners at his/her discretion. For example, it may be a one-time, irregular or regular financial reward, or a promotion of a Partner to a higher time-limited position, or a change in rewards, bonuses and rules for a limited period of time. The Partner may be informed of these activities in writing. The partner is obliged to tax the special bonus received in this way.

The CEO of BEWIT has the right to extend, modify, change or suspend the validity and effectiveness of the provisions of these Rules and BEWIT's way of working in specific cases in a given month or over different periods of time, even without prior written notice.

Other bonuses and rewards

Other current bonuses, rewards and rules are defined in the virtual office at www.myBEWIT.com.

The Partner understands and agrees that if he/she performs any work, mediation, activities and services for BEWIT, the agreed remuneration for such work and services may be paid by BEWIT into BEWIT's wallet. The agreement to perform the work or activities may be written or oral. This may include, for example, marketing work, sales facilitation, construction work, cleaning work, research and development work, progamming work, consultancy work and other activities. The partner is obliged to tax the funds so received.

BEWIT wallet

The partner can decide (in his virtual office) that BEWIT will not pay him the earned rewards and bonuses by bank transfer to his account, but will transfer them fully or partially to the BEWIT wallet (BW - BEWIT wallet). The amount from the BEWIT wallet will be used for full or partial payment of the following orders.

Selling your position

Affiliates who have three or more personally sponsored active Directories are eligible to sell their position to a new owner. The new owner of this position is required to read and sign the "BEWIT Network Sales Code" and deliver it to BEWIT management before signing the purchase agreement. With BEWIT's consent, they can sell their achieved position to the new owner (new Partner) as well as to a Partner in the position of Director or even in a lower position.

Product orders

All Partners and Customers order products and services directly from the company via the e-shop or from their virtual office. In order for a Partner or Customer to qualify for payment of the applicable rewards for a given month, all orders with payment must be placed by 11:59 p.m. on the last calendar day of that month. Orders and payments made later will be credited to the following month.

Responding

If the Partner or Customer has not reached the position of supervisor even after 30 days after sponsorship, he/she is entitled to choose a new sponsor. If an Affiliate is a Leader or higher, they are only eligible to choose a new sponsor if they have not made any purchases on their registration number or sponsored anyone for one year. For the position of Supervisor, this period is six months. The Responsored Partner will start over at the Starter level under their new sponsor and will lose all of their bottom line and will be considered a newly sponsored Starter Partner for the purposes of their respective incentive rewards.

4. Other

The position of director and above is hereditary.

BEWIT offers a 100% money back guarantee on its products. If the Partner or the Customer is not satisfied with the BEWIT products for any reason, he is entitled to return them within thirty days of receipt. Only intact, unopened and undamaged products can be returned. The goods must be sent at your own expense to the address of the company's registered office.

If a Partner does not place any orders for a period of 24 months, their bottom line may be transferred to the Partners in the line above them and/or their account may be permanently terminated.

Partners and Customers are aware that some BEWIT essential oils and other products have a label longer than the circumference of the bottle. Important information is not only in the visible part of the label but also in the inner part of the label. The inner part can be accessed by peeling off the label and unwinding it from the bottle. Partners and Customers acknowledge that they read all information on the label before using BEWIT products. In case of confusion or misunderstanding, they will contact BEWIT Customer Care.

Partners and Customers realise that essential oils are a precious gift of nature that have been used by mankind for thousands of years. However, they are strong natural concentrates, which must be respected. Their inappropriate or unprofessional use could lead to damage to health and, in extreme cases, even death. Keep essential oils out of the reach of children. Never use essential oils in your eyes and ears. Do not use essential oils internally and on mucous membranes. Never use undiluted essential oils on the skin. Aromatherapy recommends diluting essential oils with carrier oils (vegetable oils) to a concentration of 0.5 - 4%. Citrus essential oils and blends containing citrus essential oils and some other essential oils may be photosensitive. Do not expose your skin to direct sunlight for 24-48 hours after use.

Certain Partners may appreciate their funds during specified periods through the BEWIT GUARANTEED INVESTMENT system. This system is limited and non-public and is only for Partners - i.e. registered BEWIT Family members. The partners are aware that BEWIT allows only a limited number of people to use the system under current legislation. In the event that a potential investment candidate sends an appreciation amount to BEWIT's bank account and the number of permitted appreciation candidates in a given year has already been exceeded, the amount will be returned to the candidate and no contracts will be signed by BEWIT.

Termination of cooperation

The Partner may voluntarily terminate the cooperation with BEWIT at any time by submitting a written request signed by the Partner. The effective date of termination of the cooperation is the date on which BEWIT receives this request. By terminating the cooperation, the Partner loses his/her position. An Affiliate may be expelled, which means the revocation of all domestic and international privileges and contractual rights available to the Affiliate, including the privilege to purchase and distribute products. Upon expulsion, the Affiliate loses the ability to qualify for bonuses and participation in all BEWIT sponsored reward programs is terminated. The expelled Partner is obliged to pay, reimburse or compensate BEWIT for all prizes, gratuities or bonuses received from the Company since the date of the activities that caused his/her expulsion. Bonuses forfeited due to exclusion from the Distributorship will be paid to the next qualifying Affiliate in the top line who has not violated the terms of the Agreement. The cooperation may be terminated if the Partner does not place any orders within 24 months.

After two years, the excluded Partner may submit a new application to the management of the Company for approval. Once the application is approved, Partner will start over as Starter and his original downline organisation will not be restored. A Distributorship Suspension is a temporary condition that prevents an Affiliate from placing orders, receiving discounts, rewards and bonus payments, and sponsoring new Affiliates. The rewards and bonuses of the suspended Affiliate will be withheld until the Distributorship is reinstated or permanently terminated. In case of renewal, the delayed payments will be paid to the Partner.

Limitation of liability

To the extent limited by law, BEWIT, its directors, owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for loss of profits, direct, indirect, special and consequential damages arising out of or sustained as a result of:

  1. Partner's violation of the "General Terms and Conditions", "Affiliate Networking Terms and Conditions" and these "BEWIT Terms and Conditions", promotion and activities within the scope of cooperation with BEWIT and Partner's activities related thereto.
  2. Incorrect or erroneous or incomplete data or information provided by the Partner to BEWIT or its associates.
  3. Failure of the Partner to provide any data or information necessary for BEWIT to conduct its business.

The Partner acknowledges and agrees that BEWIT's total liability in any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased.

Information confidentiality

The Partner shall maintain the confidentiality and security of trade secret and confidential information in its possession and protect it from disclosure, unauthorised use or any other activity not in accordance with BEWIT's authorisations. In consideration of BEWIT's interests in taking over trade secrets or confidential information, the Partner fully agrees not to take any action during the entire period of cooperation with BEWIT that would have the purpose or effect of circumventing, violating, impairing or diminishing the value or benefit of BEWIT's contractual relationship with any Partner.

By agreeing to these "BEWIT Terms and Conditions", the Affiliate agrees and acknowledges that the Affiliate's upline Affiliates have access to certain of the Affiliate's personal information contained in the Virtual Office, sales reports, commissions paid, orders and other data. This information is provided for the purpose of increasing sales of BEWIT products and locating, training, coaching and sponsoring third parties who may be interested in becoming BEWIT Partners and Customers.

Bottom line reports and all other reports and information regarding personal information, including but not limited to bottom line sales information and bonus recap statements, are the private and confidential property of BEWIT. Each Partner to whom such information has been provided shall treat it as strictly private and confidential and shall keep it confidential and prevent it from being used except for the purpose of managing its own bottom line.
