Marjoram is perfect when you feel exhausted, stressed,worried or you keep overthinking.

YOU WILL NEED:
BEWIT Marjoram essential oil
15 ml BEWIT BIO Sunflower Oil
2 tablespoons oil
250 g potatoes
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 l vegetable broth
120 g frozen peas
salt
pepper
15 ml glass bottle with pipette
PROCEDURE
Fry the potatoes, onion and garlic in the hot oil on a lower heat setting for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add the ground spices and fry for about 1 more minute.
Add the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Cook for 20 minutes. Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
At the end, prepare the flavouring oil to be used in further cooking.
Pour 15 ml of sunflower oil into the bottle. Soak a toothpick dipped in BEWIT Marjoram essential oil in it.
Now you have prepared flavoured oil, which you can add to the soup drop by drop to taste.
