Exercise

1. Connecting with the pelvic floor
Close your eyes and turn your attention inwards, placing your palms on your lower abdomen. Feel what's under your palms.

First, make a call with an imaginary telephone receiver on a physical level – how are your muscles there? Are they tight or relaxed? Or do I feel nothing? Then feel the emotional level – how do you feel under your palms? Joy, happiness, zest for life, vitality, passion, or fear, anxiety, anger, disconnection, emptiness?

The pelvic floor is your EMOTIONAL BAROMETER. What do you perceive in your pelvis on an energetic level? Is it bubbling, flowing, pulsating? Or, on the contrary, do you feel tired and your energy is running away? Every level is important.

This imaginary calling can also be done lying on your back, sitting, standing, and is ideal as a ritual of connecting with yourself every morning after waking up.

2. PREPARATORY EXERCISE – shaking
Gently shake your pelvis, relax your hands, shoulders, knees, pelvis. Shaking releases energy from the muscles.

3. PHYSICAL BALANCE - toe lunges and hand raises
While standing, lift yourself up on your toes. After that, you can try one-legged lifting (standing on one leg on your toes).
Raise both arms upwards. An advanced variant of the exercise is to close your eyes.

The toes standing may unbalance you and force you to use a deep stabilisation system, which also includes your pelvic floor muscles. The muscles here work subconsciously, you don't have to think about it too much, but if you tend to fall over, consciously activate the pelvic floor and see what difference you feel in stability.

As a way to relax after exercise, treat yourself to shaking.

4. EMOTIONAL BALANCE - pelvic charging (bioenergetic technique)
Let your pelvic floor have free range! Shake, push the pelvis onto the mat, low to the ground or very high. This releases the life force from the muscles. Do the exercise for at least 1-2 minutes.

To finish, choose the butterfly exercise. Slowly wave your knees apart and towards each other (like butterfly wings). Then lie on your side in a ball and let the emotions subside. You may feel tremors in your legs, which can slowly dissipate throughout your body. This is a sign of a well-done exercise. Something is rearranging in our pelvis and through your thighs, calves, feet, it goes away and transforms.

5. ENERGETIC BALANCE - women's breath
With this technique, you will draw energy into the pelvis and possibly the whole body.
With an inhale, you relax your pelvic floor. Imagine how it opens, opens the lower gates, imaginary reaching into the depths of the Earth for the female earth energy.

With an exhalation and contraction of the pelvic floor, pull the energy into your body.
Finish the exercise with a wave – it can be small or large. The kind you feel you need.
